The apartments are beautiful inside and out, really the grounds are kept up so nicely. You can't find many places (practically any at all) in the Florida Keys that are affordable, quiet, spacious, and have full unshared working appliances. We hope to rent here for as long as we can. Applications have to go through Monroe County for income verification and restrictions which is time consuming, please be patient in the process if you're looking to rent here. We adore our new home thanks to Deslyn!

I worked with Deslyn through my application process. She was really great with getting back to me about any questions I had. The main delay was from the county approving me for affordable housing or something so I wasn’t able to move in at my expected date but Deslyn was very helpful in keeping me up to date on my application and what phase we were at. Now to just see how the rest of my time here plays out and I hope that it will be as great as my application experience.

Really enjoyed my tour of the property. While I did not move in, I did have a very positive experience with Deslyn the manager for the property. She always made it point to get back to me should my call be missed, and I really appreciated that. Looking at the positive reviews from some of the residents, I see that this is a great community to live in. If you are looking for something in the Key Largo area, I think this is a great option.
